• Trip details: which trip, dates, party size, and any notes you provide
• Whether you opted in to receive text message reminders

How We Use It

We use this information to:

• Confirm and manage your booking, including calling or texting you to arrange a deposit
• Send trip-related communications: prep reminders, deposit/refund deadline notices, and post-trip follow-ups, if you opted in to SMS
• Improve our booking process and communicate about future trips, with your consent

Phone Numbers & SMS

We never sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS reminders are used solely to communicate with you about your own trips with MI Guide Service. Text message opt-in data is not shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstances. You may reply STOP to any text message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Message frequency varies depending on your trip schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or booking.

Data Sharing

We share booking information only with the service providers that operate this site — our database host (Supabase), our email provider (Resend), and our SMS provider (Twilio) — solely to deliver the services described above. We do not sell your information.

Requesting Deletion

To request that we delete your booking information, email us at the address listed in the site footer with your name and phone number. We'll remove your data within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes.
